How it works: The player completes
a simulated skating stride with a
resistance force applied by the latex cord to
the lower section of the foot.
The simulated skating stride is done following
a 45-degree backward push line (triangle marked
on floor). Completing same backward angle stride
with each
leg promotes skating stride accuracy.
